Mission Our outreach, known as Breaking the Ice, began as we realized that more than 21,000 cities, towns and villages in Russia have no gospel witness. Through Breaking the Ice, we will reach people in those cities who have never heard of God’s love. Breaking the Ice exists to saturate Russia — including Siberia — with the message of Christ. We are here to fulfill God’s desire that none should parish and all should come to repentance.
Vision Our vision is that every city, town and village in Russia has a gospel witness. We are actively involved in seminars to prepare pastors, youth leaders and worship teams, and to provide training in evangelism. Siberian Ministry Center, located in the heart of Russia, has the potential to train, equip and empower more than 700 ministers and laymen each year. Our vision is to plant 400 churches in Russia by 2010.
